Our take on a British breakfast classic.

House-baked pinto beans served with 2 fried eggs, bacon, grilled tomato and mushrooms on sourdough.

MUSHER MEAL

We serve this dish every year to Iditarod mushers at Mile 198 along the trail at our Winterlake Lodge.

Cumin-scented corn tortillas with black beans, brown rice, reindeer sausage, 2 eggs, Manchego, fresh salsa, and pickled red onion.

OMELETTE OF THE DAY

We love the Homer Farmers Market and we celebrate local gardens each week while crafting our omelettes.

Made with fresh farmers market veggies, Alaska grown potatoes, thick-cut bacon, and sourdough toast.

STEEL CUT OATS

A deep and hearty bowl of nutty, chewy slow-cooked oats with plenty of good things to add.

Served with fireweed honey, walnuts, dried cherries and brown sugar, sourdough toast and jam.

BREAKFAST BURRITO

Ask for Kirsten's green chili sauce.

Made with grilled flour tortilla, fluffy scrambled organic eggs, black beans, local chorizo, avocado, fresh salsa, sour cream and sharp Cheddar cheese served with Alaska red potatoes.

BREAKFAST SANDWICH

Hot and hand-held. Delicious "on the go" or served in the café.

Toasted roll, greens, seasoned tomato, and a fried (over-medium) egg with sharp Cheddar cheese, your choice thick-cut bacon or vegetarian.

2 thick-cut brioche toasts served with duck confit, sautéed mixed mushrooms, garlic and spruce tip syrup.

Crab Nachos

Fresh-fried corn tortilla chips with spicy nacho sauce, cheese, black beans, caramelized onions, butter-poached Alaska crab and fresh salsa.

Caesar salad with salmon

Romaine lettuce with house-made Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, grilled lemon, avocado, tomato, garlic crouton and crispy fried salmon.

Smoked salmon chowder

A bowl of our hot-smoked salmon chowder filled with sautéed red onions, red potatoes, leeks, and plenty of salmon. Served with sourdough bread.

Sake and Miso-Marinated Sablefish

4-ounce filet served with forest fruits, olive-oil crushed potatoes and braised local greens.

King Crab Leg Platter

Cooking Classes

We offer cooking classes at our Cooking School at Tutka Bay. 2017 classes are each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May 12 through September 24. Transportation is available from Homer.
